The Cathy Hughes School of Communications (CHSOC) IT Helpdesk requests is a new support resource that is designed to record, track and resolve our School's unique IT support requests.
CHSOC faculty and students to open a ticket please click here to open your ticket and someone will respond. Please allow 24 hours for some to respond; otherwise, we will respond as soon as we are available.
The CHSOC IT Helpdesk Requests uses Federal Work Students to resolve common IT requests from faculty, staff and students. The support gives students the opportunity to become skilled professionals within information technology industry.
