Maha is an award-winning independent filmmaker with a multicultural and multilingual experience in four different continents. She edited and second unit directed On the Road in America, a twelve-part documentary series, that aired in prime time on the Sundance Channel. Her other work focuses on women issues, and she has directed the award-winning short film, turieB, about a young woman’s social and psychological struggles in the postwar Lebanon.
