Courses

The School of Communications has developed programs that encompass the elements of five communication sequences in order to reflect current industry standards, community needs, and the university’s historical mission. It also breaks out of silos and creates a curriculum to best prepare students, distinguish Howard University as a hub of communications scholarship, and to distinguish Howard University as a recognized laboratory for innovation that makes the best use of technology in all forms of creative expression, storytelling, and in creating and spreading persuasive messages.
